Reporting infringement

If you believe material in the app infringes your copyright, send a notice to info@highveldchronicle.co.za that includes: your contact details; a description of the work and where it appears in the app; a statement that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner; and a statement that the information in your notice is accurate. We will review it and, where appropriate, remove the material. This process is consistent with section 77 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.
